Hoylake & District Council for Voluntary Service aims to promote and develop voluntary action throughout the local area of West Kirby, Hoylake, Meols, Caldy, Greasby and Frankby. We offer advice, information and support to local voluntary and community sector as well as providing a variety of direct services.
